RECEIVING YOUR PDF PATTERN ORDER
All patterns are sold as PDFs only – digital files that you can download and save to your computer. After you complete checkout, you will immediately see the download links on your order confirmation page.
These links will ALSO be emailed to the email you use during checkout. Please download your purchased patterns to your computer’s hard drive for use.
SHIPPING POLICY:
All patterns are PDF digital products only, so you are never charged any shipping fees. Pattern PDFs are delivered immediately after your order is completed – download links will be on your order confirmation screen and an email with the download links is sent out immediately too.
RETURNS and REFUNDS:
No Returns:
Digital products, once purchased and delivered, are generally not returnable.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or accessed.
RE-DOWNLOADING PREVIOUS ORDERS:
You can RE-DOWNLOAD any previous pattern orders by signing into your Giftseshop.com store account (“Account” at top right corner of any page) OR through the links that were sent in each order confirmation.
IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR DOWNLOAD EMAIL:
Download emails are sent immediately after payment is complete to the EMAIL ACCOUNT you used for your store account. Please be sure to check the correct email account.
If you do NOT see the email right away, please check your “spam” or “junk” folders.
If you still cannot find the download email, please email me at: [email protected] with your order email address AND order date.
In this case, I will send the pattern to your email.
I respond to ALL ordering problems, usually within hours or a day (depending on time zone and if it is the weekend/holiday, etc.).
